• April 29 - 2:00 Meeting - Governor's Forum - All Candidates invited

• May 27 - 1:00 Meeting - Schoolboard Forum
  Saturday, June 20, (3:00 p.m.) 250th Birthday of America’s Independence.
  July 29 - 1:00 Meeting - County Commissioners Forum: Candidates include; Mike Crimi, Matt Cretul, Erica Hay, and Brian Weidemiller for District 2. Jeff Bairstow, Randall Alvord, Wanda Lasher and Sherri Meadows for District 4. We get to vote for both Districts.

• August 26 - 1:00 Meeting - Primary Results and General Election & Ballot Issues Forum w TPUSA Faith Director, Amber Pennutto

• September 23 - 1:00 Meeting - we will discuss the issues and candidates appearing on the November ballot and take a closer look at how Oak Run and Marion County voted. We will also welcome Marion County Sheriff Woods as our guest speaker.

• October 28 - 1:00 Meeting - Election Overview (Last meeting before the
  Mid-Term Elections!)

• November 11 - 1:00 Meeting - Post Election Review

• December 12 - 6:00 at ORCHID CLUB - Christmas Social

2026 looks to be an eventful year as we look forward to Mid-Year elections.

Here are some of the events that we are planning (obviously subject to change as the year goes forward.) We'll be looking for Ideas, Suggestions and Volunteers as we plan for a special 250th Anniversary of America's Independence event. Stay tuned!!

PLEASE REMEMBER that if you are registered to vote in Florida, but expect to be out-of-state for the upcoming Primary Election Day (August 18), you need to request your "Vote-By-Mail" ballot well before the August 6 Deadline! Please be sure your vote counts. The primary election is IMPORTANT, often more important that the final General Election in November!
If you don't know how to request a
"Vote-By-Mail" ballot, be sure to ask
us at an upcoming meeting!

NOTE: The SCHOOLBOARD DISTRICT 3 and CIRCUIT JUDGE races will be decided on August 18 as they are nonpartisan races with only 2 candidates. These are important positions and provide another reason to vote in the PRIMARY ELECTION!
